Passenger seat warning light by pass

Hello, I'm doing a few modifications and have temp taken out the passenger seat ...
I know I can defeat the warning light and sound on the dash by placing a resistor in the seat belt  connector socket  on the  passenger side but I can't seem to find what resistance it should be ...can anyone advice me  ?

Cant find a reference to the resistor size but have a look at this post

Thanks for your reply ....I know I've seen this done with a resistor but cannot remember the value. I'm loathe to insert wrong value and blow something.

I too have seen heard of it but I cant find a ref to it

In the comments section the resistor value is given as 1.8

Thanks Brodfather...a good video ...is that 1.8...K ? I won't disconnect the battery to try this. I may just put up with the warning light ts only annoying if I let it I suppose.
