Wind Noise (Poll)

That last 5mm deeper into the seal makes a big difference.

The reference to buffeting feeling in my ears made me think the same - get that reverberation if only 1 window is open at speed while the others are shut.

I am open to ANY suggestions, and I don't care if it's obvious, or that I've done it many times before !
Thank you.

Yes, I did check them all (at least twice), because, it's the sound/feeling you get when they are open.

The buffeting would come, I think, because the air has nowhere to go so cycles between increased and decreased air pressure.
I think you need to play with the windows such as opening the rear seat passenger window on one side and/or the other to see what happens. Keep opening fully or partially a permutation of windows front to back to see if there is any combination where the noise disappears.
Assuming of course that the doors are shut properly anyway.

Get the wife or someone to sit in the back and assist. Maybe help determine where the noise is coming from.
Also maybe even close all the vents on the heater outlets and switch it totally off - clutching at straws sort of thing.
Now a 2019 K9 1.2 petrol.
Before a 2010 B9 1.6 HDi diesel.

Anything lodged in the depths of the seal causing the glass to stop before it's fully home?
Maybe draw a mark on the glass when fully shut and compare the mark on both pairs of windows to see a discrepancy.
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Checked all the windows and they all close properly, and the same amount, so that looks good.

I don't know whether it's now my imagination, but when I get to 65mph 'ish, and just before the sound kicks in, I can feel a little vibration of the car.
The steering wheel is stable.
