Seems that now I've done the knackered rear beam, the steering rack has sprung a leak from the shaft seal.
Are Berlingo's 200 thousand mile "One 'hoss shays"?
(The Deacon's Masterpiece)
Anyway, 2006 Peugeot Partner Escapade, how many power steering racks fit?
4000KL is given by my bootleg PSA parts list.
Any other matches?

Double plus frustrating, as a £5 oil seal would fix it.
IF! .....................
I could find out the right size.
Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose

You can find OEM part numbers here (but not the seal ring):
http://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en&...NNNQ%3D%3D
Caution!
Before you start working on this be sure to center the wheels, and tie down the steering wheel using a rope to the seat rail handle.
This is to prevent the steering wheel from rotating more than 1/4 turn either way.
If you get this wrong the Airbag Clock Spring (ACS) will snap and will have to be replaced.
Also during re-assembly be sure to tooth-align the pinion correctly to the rack and steering shaft joint.
Thankyou for the size!
Fingers crossed it will be a match.
