My Camper

Made in 9mm plywood, takes 10 minutes to set up or take down and bring the Berlingo back to normal Smile

With two seats to the left and right of the center kitchen console and bed foot end panels converted to stackable table

Love the design, and thanks for all the snapshots. It makes so much more sense to add them. If it is functional, how beautiful this can be then. Wonder how it looks like when it is all fully packed. Design is 1, but heading on a journey, and using it some weeks, is clearly different. Any experiences with this design?
Personally I like to adapt, and (in my case) it is necessary. Looking forward to more replies from your hand. Enjoy travelling

Well done. I love to see thinking outside the usual box and this is a super design.
Is your floor 9mm as well?
I tried to build my bed in 9 mm last night but stood on it and it bent a lot so going to try 12 today.
Happy camping

Yep, see picture. I probably wrongly reply on a different thread. Ahhh doesn't matter (I hope). Otherwise the moderator can delete that one. Two plates of 9 mm  on each other to change the size of the bed from 60 -80 cm. It worked perfectly, feel really stable and with a weight of 65 kg, not an issue.

Thank you very much - yes we have been on a journey twice now, and the setup is working very well. Of course there is a little work to move the matress if we want to use the two seats, but it is ok when you work in a routine how to do it

Yes, it is all 9mm. Should I do it all over again, I would choose 12mm, despite it is a bit heavier. The main reason, however, is that 12mm is 4 layers of plywood, which make the bending strength equal in all directions, 3 layers tend to bow a bit and less strenght in one direction
