E-Remote app not on e-Berlingo 2022 ?
#1
Hello Smile

Sorry for my bad english..

My family and i have just bought and e-Berlingo from 2022 and we love it.

We have downloaded the mycitroen app, and it is working fine.

But can it really be true that the “ E-Remote” function is not avaible/active on the e-Berlingo .

I would like to pre heat the car and so on with the E Remote function, but the app is telling me that my car is not allowed to use e-remote.

I hope you guys can help me.

The e-remote needs to be activated to work. In the app you go to vehicle, then services and it should be an option to activate the service. You then have to drive a certain distance for it to work. The app explains it all.

It is in my service settings, but it looks like it was free for the first 12 months, but then you have to pay. I have had my car over 12 months, so am reluctant to activate it if I am going to have to pay.
Does anyone know what the cost is?

I activated mine when I got the car and it says it is activated until 2033.

When i write e-Remote on goggle i can go to Citroëns website at click on e-Remote and log in.

When i am logged in the site says that my car is not avaible with that function.

That’s interesting. I’ll have another look.
