Berlingo van 2016 head unit atoto

Hello  I'm Joseph, and thanks to everyone in this forum for the grain of sand contributed to the community.
My doubt is if someone in forum knows; regarding to head unit I already bought Atoto f7 WE., the 3 wiring harness doesn't match with the adapter in the berlingo, so I need to buy harness adaptor and canbus? Or this head unit don't fit in this car model.
