Hi guys looking for a garage close to hartlepool that I can trust to do a cam belt change on my berlingo any recommendations

It's a pretty standard cambelt job, shouldn't need anyone "special" so just go with whoever you would use for other stuff.
Assuming it's the diesel, that 1.6 HDI\TDCI engine has been in all sorts from Citroens and Peugeots, via Fords and Minis, all the way through to Volvos.

I'm fairly handy but not what I'd call a mechanic and I did mine myself on the road outside the house with only basic tools and a you tube video.
Any reputable outfit can do it.
The cost will be mainly labour
The cambelt /water pump/ tensioner kit was £90 plus another £30 for a new auxiliary belt and antifreeze.
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top
