They Don't Make XTR Mudflaps
#1
Sad
Ordered the mud flaps and wind deflectors from Citroen two weeks ago, waited a week only to receive MK2 one's, replacements were delivered last Tuesday for a MK3. Popped the wind deflectors on straight away, but had to wait until weekend to fit the mud flaps...They don't fit, the back ones do, but not the front, called Citroen this morning and they don't make mud flaps for a MK3 XTR model!

"what have you got that I havent"...Ask Mrs.PCH :-) Sorry Pete, couldn't resist that one.
I thought the bulky sills or sill protectors were part of the XTR look pack!

I fitted the rear ones on my XTR,look quite nice as they are quite 'chunky' looking and go well with the car.
As you say,the front ones cannot be fitted to the XTR because of the extra mouldings on the sills.

Can I ask how much you paid for the rear mud flaps? I was quoted a shocking price when I first got the car.

Been trying to find the invoice, but it's gone.
I think they were around £30 from Barretts in Canterbury.
That seems a lot,but they're not just flappy bits of rubber like normal mud flaps, these are about an inch and a half thick, hollow inside and curve around the bottom of the wheel arch.

...and another view,without the dirt!

At present my local dealer has them on their web site as £50 front fitted and £50 rear fitted, both inclusive of VAT. An email I received a week ago from my dealer after ordering my car, offers them at £98.99 inclusive of VAT but does not mention if that includes fitting.

They have no idea that they dont fit the front of the XTR Sad
