How do I remove roof rails on 2021 electric FlaIr XTR?

Hi

I'd like to fit roof bars on my 2021 Berlingo but first need to work out how to remove the existing plastic rails. I've googled but can't find guidance relevant to the design of these rails (see pics). I expect the plastic should be pried off but I can't see where to start. What do others suggest?
