Font parking sensors

I want to fit front parking sensors to an e-Berlingo XTR Flair. Looking at the front bunper wrap there are two flat panels below the number plate mount possibly for the inner sensors as if there was a factory fit option.

Has anyone fitted the front sensors and if so was it a Citroen option. Ideally I would like to use a factory option to get the speed sensor facility.

This is sensors for my van. 
I would guess it is possible to mount the stock sensors, but it must be programmed in diaxbox or lexia.  And i belive you must do this at PSA dealer.
