odometer going from mile to kilometres while driving

I know I drive a  Vauxhall version but wondering if this has happened to any Berlingo drivers.
 
My 19 plate Combo Life had something odd happen Saturday evening. 
 
As I was driving along the odometer reading the total milage and the associated since last zeroed section next to it went from recording Miles to Kilometres. 
 
I went into settings and looked at Language to see if that might be the problem, it said French which I thought strange so reset it to English but it has had no effect on the odometer display.
 
Has anyone your end got any ideas please I really dont want to have to get it looked at by my local dealer if at all possible.

Update, bless the original dealer the solution lies in Units in Settings.

Just to mention I've had my K9 for 3 1/2 years and three times the display has turned into French. No idea why but as I use kilometres anyway the units obviously didn't change. I change n the setting the language back to English and leave it at that. Weird thing to happen.

Mine has changed to French a couple of times. Change it back to English in language settings. Never had it go to km on its own but you can change it from mph & miles to kph & km in units in settings. I do this when I drive on the continent.
