[Transmission] 2014 semi auto no forward gears only reverse

Hi guys and girls got myself a 2014 xtr multi space semi auto . Only have reverse gear but every 20 attempts on spinning the shifter dial  I can get 2nd gear . I can hear the solenoids shifting ,kinda double clocks like it's attempting to shift and drops back to neutral

Where do I start ? I'm able  to remove the box if I have too or do some multimeter checks
