Just having a clear out of my car bits, I have a Type B MFD (EMF - B) dated 16/01/04 and what I think is the push button for the end of the stalk that's needed for the Trip Computer.

Untested as I no longer have a Berlingo M59

Both free for anyone that wants to pay for the postage.
