Permanent live reverse camera.

Hi. 
I have the berlingo van without glass in the rear doors, and i find that this is not a huge problem, but it would be nice to have a permanent live view backwards. 
I.e driving with a trailer. 

So my thougt is this. 
The rear high brakelight looks as the same for the berlingo b9.  This for that car you could get a high brakinglight with reversing camera,  mount this , and use power from the trailer/socket to power the camera. With a wireless module connect this camera to a rear view mirror with a screen so you can replace the oone in the cabin.
