Whilst the de cat process was in full swing the operative performing the task
assured me that the " hearse " would gain 10 mph top speed and yet give better mpg figures cratch:

I did think he was spinning a bit of a yarn to keep me sweet whilst butchering me exhaust but guess what ?

The " hearse " has been rebourne as the " queen of speed " anta:
Van has always returned 45 mpg being driven like Mss Daisy but now I have a "bit" of poke ! lol so I have become Mario (Andretti /plumber) so feared the worst with mpg , a good few tank fulls later the results are in . . . 44.66 mpg :drool:
This must be an improved mpg for the van 'cos the driver has developed a lead right foot illyme:

Nice result. Remaps work well with decats too so I'm told. I have a XUD decat pipe dumped in the garden doing nothing, need to find out if it'll fit!
