My newly acquired 2003 Berlingo van (800TD HDI LX) needs a new main gear shaft, will a Xsara one fit?

Hi, you'll have to tell us a bit more about the donor vehicle IE what year, Xsara 1 or 2, engine size, body style.
Better still, Vin No. Confused
