Door mirrors
#1
I have a 2002 Citroen Berlingo and my drivers door mirror is broken, so I ordered a new one, but it has wires in it and I don't know what they are for?
Was just wondering if anyone knows if the 2002 Citroen Berlingo has wires in the mirror and what they are for?
Any help would be grateful.

Thats if driver side for temp sender, could be electric movement on the mirror it self.

Heated glass probably.

Is it a left hand drive mirror? Only the passenger mirror is motorized so a LHD mirror would have unusable cables if you tried fitting it to a RHD car.

Both mirrors have wires in them, I know the left is electric but why has the right one?

So that it would be motorised for the driver of a left hand drive car

We moan about car prices being higher in the UK but forget the manufactures have to make considerable changes to the assembly run for an unreasonably small percentage of units even when that is planned into the original design
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top
