Are you reading this with a generic OBD reader or a lexia/diagbox set up? The reason I ask is that this a a generic code and most [non-lexia/diagbox] type OBD  code readers do not read all codes fully on PSA group vehicles.

Anyway, with code P0339, start by cleaning the crank sensor electrical connector contacts. Use either IPA or electrical contact cleaner, as other cleaners [such as WD40] are not good to be used on electrical connections as they can leave a 'film' that can cause other problems.
