I'm in the process of changing the engine in my 2008 Berlingo van. Managed 365k before the head gasket went. Putting in an engine with 85k on the clock.
Now I took what I thought were loads of photos....
There's an earth connector strap attached to the body just below the air intake on the front grille - nearside, to the left of the radiator as you sit in the vehicle.
Can anyone tell me where it is supposed to attach on the engine/gearbox/battery?
The only lead I have, no pun intended, is that the old engine was filthy, but the lead is clean.
Anyone?
