[Warning Light] Triangle and exclamation mark

Hi all, and apologies if this has been solve in the past, I did a quick search and 
Could not find it.
So on my B9 today I got the ️ symbol light come on with a warning beep.
I've had a look on the net, but the conclusion is very vague to what I can see... so
I'm hoping someone on here with a B9 might know what it is?... I'm hoping it's not
 big job to sort out ?. Tia

Hi. What year is your B9 and is it a diesel?

I have a 65 plate diesel and have had issues both with AdBlue and DPF (separate issues a few months apart). Just 45k miles on the clock. Orange warning lamp triangle with exclamation mark and beep on both occasions.

Edit: @LukeC "particulate filter blockage" came up on my centre screen, but briefly, a few times. The orange warning triangle stayed illuminated on the dashboard until it eventually cleared. Does anything come up on the center console? Assuming that you have the one with the ghastly touch screen, like I do.

What reads the service counter, the one that appears instead of the odometer for a few seconds every time the engine is started?
