Keyless problem.

Hi everyone.
I have a 2023 K9 BERLINGO, but my tailgate can’t be locked in a keyless manner as described in the manual. 
Does anyone know if I need to purchase any additional parts to install this feature?

Does it unlock wirelessly?

If yes there must be a fault.

No. I need lock the back door by key or touch the front dooe handle.

It seems to me that the Taiwan version remove that module.
