Water inside door

Hi all
I seem to have water inside my passenger door somehow, I noticed a sloshing sound ages ago but thought a bottle of water must have gone rogue and got trapped somewhere but on opening/closing the door realised it was in the door. Now and again when I'm parked on a hill it trickles out
I assume it's a seal issue but no idea which as they look ok
I have added wind deflectors a while ago so possible it's those?
Any ideas and how do I get it out

There shouldn't be enough water in there to slosh about. I'd start by having a poke at the drain holes with a cable tie or something, get the water to drain out.

Exactly, there are drain holes on the bottom edge of the door, behind the rubber seal.

They are probably clogged. Try to clean them with a small screwdriver or something similar.
