RPO number help please
#1
Hi, I don't normally ask for help and just wade into my problems, however I have become stuck.

Trying to activate cruise control lexia 3 wants a RPO number, I can not find the sticker with the number on it anywhere, all I can assume is that I changed the passenger door for one from a Peugeot partner and the sticker may of been on there??

Is there any way of getting this number from the VIN or would any random number I can find for a B9 of the same year work?

Thanks for any help.

the sticker is usually on the drivers door frame lower left as viewed from the outside .

Its not on the door so you wouldn't have dumped it.

Thats where i read i should of been and makes sense to be chassis side but it is not there, i can assume previous owner peeled it off for some reason? Passenger door was the only other thing that made sense, i dont see why anyone would peel it off but people do weird things.

Mine is a 61 plate, the RPO codes are they specific to the BSI? and do you know if entering the wrong one will cause issues, not be accepted or does the system not really care?

I cannot answer you question directly but there seems to be quite a number of similar requests that were answered for PSA group vehicles on the French Car Forum, so it might be worth also asking on there? https://frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/

One thing, although as mentioned people do strange things with vehicles, I would be slightly suspicious when plates such as this have been removed. My first reaction would be, was there something to hide on the vehicle or has it had an accident/respray in the past? Maybe that's only me though  Undecided

As mentioned the sticker should be on the door frame on the driver's side [it was on both my Berlingo models M59 and B9] and looks like this [sticker shown is actually from a Citroen C3 but they all look like this]

You can probably get close by working out the number of days snce 01/01/1980,
http://www.citroen-ds-id.com/gen/Gen_Organr.html

Alternatively, do you have access to a copy of Diagbox rather than Lexia?

Turns out it is diagbox I have, shows my lack of knowledge as I thought they were just different names for the same thing, currently having a hard time connecting, keeps telling me VCI not connected, was working fine yesterday.

I took a photo of my vin yesterday while browsing to ensure all was the same around van.

I have a few lines about was a date, I did not pay attention to that date at the time so can not see what it relates to on the screen.

Remember, if you're using a hooky ebay clone, turn off the wifi.
