User Registration Problems

For the 3rd or 4th time lately, a thread has appeared over on FCF with people struggling to sign up here,

I've emailed and PMd Apollo twice now , he's the one that sorts out these things .

For some reason the last account was activated 10/10/24.

Just have to wait and see what happens.,

Registration is clearly broken.
Basic debugging of the registration page reveals that security questions are not displaying.
The same issue is present on numerous web browsers.
Even the Facebook registration process is also broken.

No idea what to do about that as there are currently 600 users needing approval but a lot are spam.

I've approved all but got rid of lots of spam, lets see how it goes...
