LOCKING PROBLEM

Locking problem

Hi folks, hope yopu can help.

this is what i know.

I've had a leak throught the arial in the roof(now sorted)

The dash stop lights came on briefly after the water leak. Now dry and sorted i think.( i don't know if this related to the locking problem)

I replaced the battery in the keyfob 2 weeks ago and it was working fine for a couple of weeks.

The van would not unlock the other day.

I reprogrammed the key, worked for a day, then stopped again.

I have had the key checked and is working ok.

I have been told that the interior light can affect the electrics, this has been removed but still no luck.

I open the doors on the key/door lock, ceral locking works but does not disable the alarm.

Please help!

By the way its a 2000 1.9 D.
