Gearstick has play

Hello, looking for some advice, there is some play in my gearstick and I'm trying to figure out how to sort it, here is a video of whats at fault: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sX0LkQquJjc

I bought these gear lever bushes off of ebay thinking they might solve the problem (not entirely sure if this is whats at fault but thought it would be worth a go) but not too sure where they exist and how I can replace/get to them: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/315730600392

I got under the center console today to have a go although it seems rather tricky to get under the rubber at the bottom of the gear stick.

Has anyone any idea whats going on and if there's much I can do to fix it?
