Loss of power
Then limp mode.
These fault codes:
P15A8 Engine oil pressure circuit. Pressure below the minimum threshold.
P119F Deterioration of the engine oil. Rate of dilution of the oil excessive.
Very little oil left, was full less than 1000 miles ago. And it is very thick/gloopy?
Fully serviced 8000 miles ago.
What do the experts think has happened?

Anything but an expert but a hardened cynic.
What oil was used?
If it was done by anyone other than me Id doubt it was the correct grade
A flush a filter and the correct grade asafp
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Oil in these is critical assuming 1.5 diesel?
The stuff you pour in is like water!
