Cant deactivate the ESP

Hello. 
2020 130hp automatic.

In the cars saftey menu you can deactivate the ESP  On or Off
Mine wont turn off. Nothing happens when i press the off button in the display. 

I have run a diag, and nothing seemes to be wrong. Any tip?

Are you in park with engine running?

I have tried all the gears prnd, with and without handbrake but no luck
