MK1 Berlingo multispace (2003) wont start!
#1
Hey, please help..

I have a 52 plate multispace. I went to start it yesterday and it will crank but wont start.

I tried again, this time in first gear with clutch down and tried to rev as I turned the ignition and it did move forward as I hit the biting point but still wouldn't start. Topped up fuel but that didn't help.

It's not the battery but after trying again to start it 5 more times, it's now not cranking properly, like sounding very sluggish as if the battery has been drained.

I'm struggling to find fuse diagrams. I am not a mechanic but I've changed basics like my exhaust... Wiper pump, brake pads etc. I am skint (!!) and desperate to find a solution myself because I rely on the old girl for work and school... Please any ideas would be appreciated so much.

What do I need to check? It's not bringing up any fault codes. I have a multimeter but I don't know where to begin trying to diagnose this.

This has pretty much come on suddenly, I hadn't driven for 3 days, it has started reliably until last week out the blue it cranked but didn't start on first attempt, but started second try. That was on Saturday - wednesday (yesterday) turned over but not starting and same today and battery is draining. Not sure if that's purely down to trying to start the car several times or if the fuel pump relay is an issue? Thanks any advice is REALLY appreciated.

Have you measured the battery charge with the multimeter?

Some more info would be good to help with possible causes/solutions.
