I handled the assignment last week and booked a repair for the cooling fan today. Unfortunately I highly suspect I've been tricked. I think they only delete the fault codes and did NOTHING because the codes were appearing just half an hour later. I think garages actually did nothing except scanning so this time I had to scan again by myself and the codes were: P0495, P0494 (both for fan), 04C5 (egr). And what is much more unfortunate is, when I was back on the way the front right wheel suddenly started to make weird and scaring noise without stopping, and even the running noise except this is much bigger than usual, and then I scanned again, the codes P0495, P0494, 04C5 were still there, and which is more terrible is there is U1213, C1331 (both for abs), 040A (engine oil) added this time. I wonder that whether so much faults can be repaired and return to road, or the cost may higher than the price of the van itself? Although as an international student whose birthday is in December and living at student accommodation changing a vehicle will highly likely to result in extreme insurance cost and repairing maybe my only choice:
