Gearbox oil change

Im going to do one soon and all saw a how-to on here a while back but cannot find it now
It was by someone call micro molecules or something.He had a you tube video

What size copper washers and are they flat or crush type?

There is a member " Mickrochip "who had gearbox problems , it may be him . He last visited last month so hes still around.
Cant find a member called Micromolecule. Search the members list ,

 Im  sure it was the same or similar username

I need to prep the job by getting all the tools and materials in place as its my only transport and having to stop halfway through for any reason isnt an option

  Just reuse the old ones you won't have any issues.

Only time I used new washers over decades was on engine /gearbox rebuilds

It was the info I needed about the washers as you dont need so much torque to get a good seal with a new one.

Like with the engine ,there seems to be a very specific grade oil -is that the case?
Esso EZL848 or Total H6965.
