Tie rod end bad almost every year

I replaced both tie rod ends about 3 years ago, 2 years ago replaced them again, now the right one is again bad.. I always put OEM ones but i think they are bad in quality. Please recommend another brand

I've used Borg and Beck with no problems on M49.
I had similar problems to you with drop links where the synthetic rubber gaiters cracked in a year.
Also drive shaft gaters from local motor factors only lasting a year or 2 which was really annoying as they are a real pain to change

Do you mean tie-rod ends or drop links? I got through a number of drop links on my Berlingo B9, as this seems to be a weak spot on the Berlingo and a number of other PSA group vehicles but I haven't heard [or seen reports on the forum] of the Berlingo B9 version getting through lots of tie-rod ends?

What brands did you use previously, as that would probably help in people recommending other brands?

my problem is with the tie-rod end (the link that goes from the direction to the wheel, that is used for wheel align), i always replace them with original PSA ones, but they don't last more than 2 years and i do about 7-8000kms/year

Called Track Rod ends here.
Never found them caused problems with the Berlingo's.

I think I only ever replaced one track rod end on my Berlingo B9 Multispace and that was because I damaged one when taking the front suspension apart to replace the front shock absorbers and top mounts. I think from memory I used a TRW replacement and I never had any other problems with track rod ends in 8 years of ownership of my 2008 B9 Berlingo [between 2016-2024] My annual mileage being about 22000 kms a year and that was in the UK and mainland Europe.
And as anyone here in the UK will tell you, our roads in the UK have been pretty bad for about the last 10 years!

I think there may be a different reason that is affecting them rather than buying/fitting bad track rod ends.

no other problem detected by the dealership mechanic and trust me they are eager to take my money by finding faults..

2 days ago dealership replaced under warranty the track rod end, again with a genuine psa... in the end i had nothing to pay them

Good news, that you didn't have to pay for a replacement. 

Have all the replacements that have failed been carried out by a dealer/workshop? I'm wondering if the failures are being caused by the fact that a lot of workshop staff seem to use power tools to tighten bolts and maybe they are overtorquing the nut causing damage to the tie-rod end?
