Water Leak Boot (tried a number of suggested fixes)

Hi all,
I have a water leak in the boot. I've tried a number of suggested fixes from the forum including silicone behind the sliding door rails, silicone the boot stops and sealing up parts behind the head lights.

I dried it out completely a couple of days ago, but just checked and its wet again (after heavy rain).
 
It's coming in on the right-hand side starting at the tailgate end (rather than the passenger seat end if that makes sense).
 
Any advice would be much appreciated

Is this a Van or a Multispace version we are talking about here? [i.e. does it have two rear opening doors or one rear opening 'hatchback' type opening door?] 

If a Multispace, have you checked/sealed behind behind the high-level brake light at the top of the rear door?
