Seatbelt pretensioner or airbag fault

Hi guys, 

I have checked all connections and cleaned but get this flash up then disappear every now and then.

Interestingly it will not come up at all in days of driving then flash up twice within 5 minutes. Last time was early morning, slightly cold just after starting and moving off.

I have seen broken cables at the seat belt clip on here after searching and will check those. 

However I wonder if it’s battery related, van starts fine but it’s 3.5 years old/51K and I thought I did not have start stop as it has never done it….but now I think this could be battery related from new. Regularly it will say economy mode on starting.

Any thoughts / advice most welcome.

I have this exact message on my Ford any time the battery level is low.

I think you need to top off your battery regularly if you keep getting Eco mode message anyway.

I was getting occasional airbag faults on my K9. The problem was a loose connection to the seat belt/airbag light in the overhead console. I don't quite understand why this caused the airbag warning but it's canbus and french. Since pushing the loose connection in 18 months ago I've not had any warnings since.
My battery failed fairly suddenly at four years.
