Start stop on van

Hi guys,

So I got my driver pro van new in December 2021 and it has never had a start stop come up.

I assumed it just did not have it but now wonder if it’s a battery issue from new after searching about.

Can any of you kindly confirm if yours has start stop?

Do you have the facility to turn it off in the settings? I'd expect if so, then you have it. If not....

While this sounds entirely reasonable I’ve come to realise Citroen don’t always make it this easy!

Being the top of the range model I assumed it would have it if available. Do you know if this would be in the touch screen settings?

You have the touch screen I hope that, from memory, on the left side are three symbols - music, car and navigation.
Touch the car one and the screen will change to various options. As I say, from memory, the first option is turn off/on stop start and a sliding thing to do so.
I'm away from the car for a while so can't just quickly check.
You don't have a button anywhere that is a letter A with an arrow around it? With a little yellow light and an OFF?

Interestingly a work colleague had a Toyota pro ace and on his driver settings there is an on/off toggle for start stop! Seems very odd I don’t have it, his van doesn’t even have front parking sensors ? So it would seem I don’t have it!
