Hi,
I have recently purchased a 71 plate berlingo van.
I am trying to find out if it has a factory fit tracker or not.
I have done research on Google and some sites say yes all Berlingo vans have a tracker apart from base model (mine is not a base model)
But some sites say no it does not and you have to buy the device.
Please could somebody shed some light on the question.
Thanks for your time.

Just a question then - are you supposed to be able to track the van yourself? If so, how do you do that? If it's like an app or similar with phones, can you determine if it does have a tracker you can detect?

Not sure what you have in yours
Mine is a 12 plate " enterprise. "
It had a third party bundle with a dash mounted satnav and tracking device somewhere(?)
It wad subscription based so I never bothered activating it.
The company would track it for you if the vehicle went missing.
If youre enquiry is for insurance then it didnt ever make any difference to my premiums on the comparison sites.
If its because you actually want to track the vehicle there are proprietary gps tracking devices readily available.
My neighbour put one on his wife. She has dementia and goes wandering off into the village.
Previously if he couldn't find her and called the police she had to be detained for a day to ensure wellbeing and that caused more harm than good.
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

My K9 doesn't have a tracker but I have secreted away inside an Apple AirTag.
It works pretty well.
