Pretty sure the thermostat has gone on my 1.9D. (Takes ages to warm up, not operating at it's usual temp of just under 90).
The other day I was stuck in traffic for ages and the temperature got quite high, is this likely to be what killed the stat?
The reason for my post is mainly to ask if the thermostat is something that is easily changed, or if it is worth combining it with a cambelt change I have due soon. Might as well get them both done at once if the thermostat is a pain in the arse to do.
