Hi all my touchscreen display is showing the functions but  touchscreen is not is the something I am doing wrong or is there anybody who can repair them thanks.

You've got me confused there when looking at your photo.
I must be missing something.

Sorry the screen is coming on but when you touch the screen it won't do anything.

Do the icons on each side, the three on each side, function, i.e. will bring up a different screen?
Is the screen clean?

Yes the buttons at the sides work ok

Maybe it needs to be updated but I really have no idea now.

My touchscreen started doing odd things like going blank on start up or changing language to French whenever it felt like it. Last service my Cit garage updated it & all good since.

I had the same problem apparently it was a resistor that drys out in the back of the screen. Had to get someone to do it but didn’t give to much away.

I have the same issue as above..
The display comes on, the side buttons work to select the function options but no touch control..
Can anyone (CB-C9murf?) put me on to the person who does the repair pls..

Similarly, if it's a remove and send away job,, is there a worthy guide on touchscreen removal?

Btw, for completeness... 
Already got latest firmware update... and i did the reset holding the call button for 10 seconds.. and also the harder  reset, of battery disconnecting for 10 mins, neither have fixed issue.. i can confirm the screen is not dirty.. its just not responding.
