I'm having gear change problems, and am on my second cable in a month and clutch pedal change. The symptoms are a heavy pedal , after cable change the pedal becomes notchy (due to the self adjuster), immediate clutch bite and difficulty changin in 1st and 2nd. The clutch was changed 30K miles ago. I'm now discounting faulty cable and faulty pedal; gear change is normally smooth until cable seems to deteriorate. My latest theory is the pressure plate.
Does anyone know if there's a manual clutch cable to fit the 2.0 HDi, which I think might solve the problem without changing the clutch again?

I've fitted the manual cable and it's night and day compaired to these after market adjustable cables that's given me so much trouble and expense. I would highly recommend it to anyone changing the cable, K27860 as above. Also, oil it - 3 in 1 is fine.
