not damaged, with no wheel carrier hinges effortlessly.
how do you raise the the carrier with the wheel in place when the wheel is touching the ground, if it was on ramp etc I could do it no problem.
there must be a technique and I haven't got it.
Are you pushing the wheel back far enough?
The further back it goes the more leverage you will have and also this exposes more of the carrier for you to get hold of.
It does involve you lying down or at the very least kneeling.
If all else fails you will have to keep the spare inside the car
It is on my to do list.
