Loose tailgate spoiler
#1
The horizontal black plastic spoiler across the top of tailgate above rear window is loose at one end. It does appear that the spoiler is in 2 halves held together by a torx head screw at each end & the 2 halves need to be separated to allow access to the screws that hold spoiler onto tailgate in order to tighten screws.

I have tried removing the 2 torx head screws but spoiler will not come in half with gentle pulling & I do not intend to start forcing anything or it will break. Has anybody done this ? Is there some sort of technique to separating the 2 halves ? Cheers in advance.
