Hi, I have a 2014 Berlingo Wheelchair access Vehicle which has been lowered to get a wheelchair in. Underneath is a gas strut to help with the lowering and lifting of the wheelchair ramp. Thanks to my councils obsession with speed bumps the gas strut has been changed twice and has just gone again after hitting Speed bumps when going over very slowly.
Is there anyway of lifting the rear slightly to get over the damb things other than expensive air assistance
Thanks
Graham

My WAV Berlingo has coil spring spacers installed. A while ago I noticed one was not fitting just right so I pulled them both out . Two weeks later I had to reinstall them as it made the rear of the Berlingo too low., not like yours but when reverse parking the exhaust was hitting the kerb which it didnt do before.
Found a video which shows how to fit but not on a Berlingo and he makes it look easy which on mine it wasn't. Had to disconnect the rear shockers and drop out the springs. It shows how they fit and what they do.
