MyBerlingo App Service History
#1
Hi all,

I traded in my much loved 2010 Berlingo for a mk3 2020 version - a wonderful set of wheels which is more refined, pokier, etc etc, but my biggest bugbear is :

What do you have to do to see your Service History on the MyCitroen app? I can see the maintenance schedule from 2024 when I'm assuming its left the manufacturers Warrnty, but there's nothing before that? I have documentation indicating servicing from 2024 onwards but again have nothing for the first 3 or 4 years. The car was bought second hand in June last year with 12000 miles on the clock, but it took weeks for Perrys Citroen in Huddersfield to send PDFs of the service history that I have, and they say they have no history of the first three years and it should be on the app - Does this sound right?

Thanks for anyones help, comments or advice.

I tried the Citroen app then deleted it off my phone as fairly useless. Mine has a full paper service history from my Cit garage but I failed to get it up on the app. If you contact Citroen UK they should supply you with the rest of the service history provided the car has been serviced by Citroen garages. If it was serviced elsewhere then I doubt you will find any service history.
