Good morning,
central locking stopped working over the weekend. checked battery in fob, checked car battery etc all fine so a wiring issue.
I bought it in 2020 and i think it probably came with wiring issues that are becoming more apparent.
1) back windscreen wiper comes on when i go into reverse.
2) tailgate door isnt always recognised (when i unlock the car and then open it the rest of the car will relock as if i havent opened it)
2) car clock display often faded then comes back ( can happen if not driven for a couple of days)
3) Have to put the headlights on dipped to keep the indicators working
4)electric window button can sometimes not work and i have to turn off and on again.
But now central locking wont work. it tries and makes a noise. then intermittently will lock with the fob but doesnt unlock.
any suggestions?
Im listing all the above issues in case they related though of course could be all completely seperate issues.
its my work car and really need it back on the road as soon as possible.
