Major differences between berlingos

I'm just wondering if there is that much difference between all the different engine sizes and maybe years, in some of the basic tasks, and the removal of some internal trim pieces.

Basic I am just wondering if there are jobs that don't require the engine size, or fuel, or maybe even the year of the berlingo?

If youre talking B9 then yes the basic car stayed roughly the same although the engines evolved (then devolved.)
But M49/59, B9,and K9 are completely different vehicles

So which b9 engine would you say is the best and from what year?

Single camshaft but pre -adblue would be ideal but this is limiting your choice.
Youll probably end up with a dpf but driven right they last a good while
The DV6ETED is a mild 55kw but this means its understressed.
Look for 9HN in the chassis number
All this limits you to roughly 2011 to 2013 so low mileage ones are rare
A later (upto 2018) one may have less miles on it - adblue systems need careful ownership.
Whatever you get you need a discount if theres no evidence of a cambelt change as this will need doing.
