Car will be used realy as a fishing motor on weekends and for my dogs . I have a motoway 2 mins from my house and can use that to get a2b and to open her up to clear her lungs .

Things to watch out for. Any of the post 2010 models can be problematic, if you do not do regular longer journeys, as the DPF [Diesel Particulate Filter] can clog and can be expensive to replace. If you do a regular motorway journey, it should not be a problem. So when buying a low mileage might seem a better bet but not always, as just short non-motorway journeys can lead to DPF problems.
You state you want to avoid the AdBlue system on the later vehicles but you do not mention the Eolys system which was on earlier models and can be even more problematic, in that early models that used it suffer from punctured Eolys bags and when the fluid runs out it is not really an easy DIY job to replenish and reset.
In case you didn't know the PSA group used the Eolys system on a number of their earlier models before AdBlue became a thing, to make their diesels comply with emissions. There are some Berlingos that have both Eolys and AdBlue

Do a search on 'Eolys' on the forum and you can see many reports of problems with that system, probably a lot more than AdBlue
It it were me, with your requirements and you want to avoid both Adblue and Eolys go for an early 2008-2009 Berlingo Multispace XTR, as in those years, the euro IV diesels did not have either a DPF or Eolys/AdBlue
I had a 2008 Berlingo XTR which had neither and it gave great service and I would still have it now, except for being on the edge of London ULEZ with family living inside and my job [at the time] being just inside the ULEZ area. I regularly got 55+ MPG and was just a really practical vehicle used for everything.
Don't get too hung up on the 110 vs 90 HP version. Mine was only a 90HP and had more than enough grunt, to go along the motorway completely loaded up with the entire family and camping gear on holidays all around Europe.
Same goes for things like parking sensors, with the box van type shape, I never really thought I needed them as good visibility all around plus the flat back end means it was very easy to park.
Things to avoid [in my opinion, others may have different views] The auto gearbox, as it's not a real auto but more like a semi-auto, so adds complexity. Any WAV converted vehicle as these often have the fuel tank replaced with a much smaller one, so reduces range on vehicle.
If you are going to do a lot of long journeys, then consider a Berlingo XTR with cruise control as that was the only thing extra I would have liked on mine for long trips.
Finally, I noticed you stated you are going to use it for transporting dogs around, a cheap recommendation for the rear boot space is the large rubber mats, that are sold regularly in both Lidl and Aldi for about £6 you can get a rear rubber mat that exactly fits the rear of a B9 Berlingo. An old post of mine below but noticed they were both still selling the same mats this year when doing car stuff.
