2007 1.6 hdi rough idle/exhaust fumes

Hi all.
Just after some advice here as not wanting to spend 100's pounds to find the issue.

175k miles, upon starting van from cold seems a little rough on idle, little blue smoke, once warm its fine.
The most annoying thing I am trying to find the solution too is when driving the van am getting a exhaust fumes smell all time when driving.
I have had so far the following done.
EGR VALVE REPLACED
GLOWPLUGS REPLACED
INJECTOR SEALS REPLACED
REAR EXHAUST GAS OX HEATER AT REAR OF ENGINE REPLACED

I am thinking maybe a fault within the exhaust itself but does not sound like there is any kind of exhaust blowing, maybe the front lower flexi pipe?

does any one have the same van and have or had similar issues please and maybe can advise please as its driving me mad.

Yes, smell coming in via front vents.

Could it be a failing turbo?

Turbo is fine

Then maybe it could be the maf, mas air flow sensor?

Going to change the Maf and the crankshaft sensor and then see how she runs from cold first! still got the exhaust gases smell coming into the canin tho, need to try and trace/track this down to why.
