Has anyone got a copy of the official lexia procedure from the manufacturers for replacing the Eolys tank?
I'm having nothing but trouble with mine. Wiring has been tested twice and is OK.
The error given is fault in multiplexed pump. When tested, the pump operates, pressure is shown in the diagnostics and fluid comes out.
The unhelpful ar*eholes at Neo brothers assure me that the part isn't faulty. However when I check the parameters with the pump running as part of it's 10 min priming procedure, the pump is showing as inactive, and the additive priminng status is showing as invalid value despite the pump clearly running. Photo attached.
The error always comes back after refuelling, so I'm wondering if the van looks at these values to determine if the dosing has been successful?
Either that or I've not learned it to the van correctly!
Any help is appreciated!
