In the Haynes manual it states 90Nm but it doesn't seem tight enough to me.
Is this correct?

it says 90 yes, but I go 110nm. That's generally what tyre fitters use as a minimum.

I use 110nm as well. I first torque to 80nm all around and then go around again to 110nm.

Personally I tighten them up with a wheelbrace until you have to grunt. An extended grunt means they're quite tight.
