New and a question and a picture

hello all

Acquired a P reg 1.9 deisel Berlingo Multispace to have some adventures with my Recumbent trikes as I have retired. Partial conversion to Camper car is nearly complete with two driveaway awnings from Ebay and a raised platform for sleeping with storage space under but I have to pass some cable from my Solar panel through the engine Bulkhead to the battery.
The 12v socket next to the Cigar lighter is not accessing the Battery so I plan to run a new Cable straight to the battery terminals. Anyone out there know where I can easily run it through.

Also planning to run on Bio-fuel/ Chip oil. Also need help on that one-like is the Fuel pump good enough.

Welcome Mike. Some good plans there, although I think that in the long run, you
may run into problem with veggie oil. If you have a Lucas pump don't even think about it.
The pump will fail quite quickly. There are a couple of discussions about that subject here and
the concensus seems to be that the risk of serious damage over rides any cost savings.
